"Equinox Europe" has established a customer support service department to communicate with present as well as potential customers. The Customer Support Service (CSS) department covers all issues associated with Equinox software and hardware systems. Any issue associated with Equinox systems should be referred to Equinox CSS for resolution. This does not cover issues with non-Equinox computer hardware or software systems. Such problems are maintained through separate agreements between the customer and the hardware or software company that provided said system.
The CSS department provides information about Equinox's activities, among which include Equinox services and solutions, developed products and their implementation, and maintenance.
To ensure proper service, it is necessary to secure a prime contact person with their primary telephone and fax number, as well as to confirm the physical and shipping address of both the office and facility in question.
CSS is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. We can be contacted by telephone for immediate assistance, or by fax or e-mail to coordinate a time to deal with an issue.
